5. WHAT IS FUND'S STRUCTURED ?
The Garuda Sports Group is structured as a private equity fund, where investors (Limited Partners or LPs) hold shares in an entity that owns, build and manage sports and wellness infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
INVESTMENT RETURNS AND DISTRIBUTION
1. WHAT ARE EXPECTED RETURN FOR INVESTOR ?
The fund targets project-level returns of up to 30% Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
2. HOW ARE INVESTMENT DISTRIBUTED TO INVESTOR ?
Returns are distributed quarterly from income-generating properties. At the end of the fund’s term, all assets are transferred to the land owner, and the remaining proceeds are distributed to investors.
3. ARE DIVIDENDS REINVEST OR REDISTRIBUTED ?
Dividends are primarily distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. However, investors may elect to reinvest a portion of their dividends to increase their overall fund exposure.
